
FOUR members of the GB Boxing squad will be in action on day one of the inaugural World Boxing Championships, 4-14 September 2025, at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool.
Ellis Trowbridge will lead the team off in the morning session as he takes on Ardit Murja of Albania at flyweight (M55kg) in the early session which starts at 11:00.
He will be followed in the evening session, which gets underway at 18:00, by Lauren Mackie, 2024 Olympian Chantelle Reid and Isaac Okoh.
Bantamweight (W54kg) Mackie will take on Wanqi Cao of China.
Chantelle Reid will box against New Zealand’s Morgan Henderson at light-middleweight (W70kg).
Heavyweight (M90kg), Isaac Okoh, will round the day off when he clashes with Sagyndyk Ogambay of Kazakhstan.

The remaining members of the GB Boxing squad will get the opportunity to make their bow in the first ever boxing world championship event held on home soil on Friday and Saturday. Details of all the bouts are:
