GB Boxing is to recruit an Operations and Communications Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £18K to £22K
The GB Boxing World Class Performance Programme, based in Sheffield, continues to develop as we move towards Tokyo 2020. The GB Boxing Operations and Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in the operational team supporting the World Class Performance Programme and fulfilling a number of key roles.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for elite sport and boxing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience as an administrator and be able to solve problems and provide solutions.
- The ability to work well under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as the job dictates.
This role will report to the Head of Operations and shall be an important member of the WCPP support team. This role is to cover maternity leave from 1st March 2019 – 31st August 2020.
