Conor joined the GB Boxing squad in 2015 and has gone to win medals at a series of international tournaments including Finland’s 2016 Tammer Tournament (bronze), Macedonia’s 2016 Golden Gong (silver) and Lithuania’s 2016 Socikas tournament (gold).

He has also competed for the British Lionhearts in the World Series of Boxing (WSB) and won three bouts in the 2017 season.

Born in Leeds, Conor began boxing at the age of 10.  He is a two-time national champion and in 2016, he was one of eight boxers that travelled to Rio as sparring partners for the team of boxers that qualified to represent Team GB at the Olympic Games.

Conor says that this experience is what now spurs him on through training as he bids to qualify for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
