GB Boxing is seeking to recruit a part-time Finance Assistant.
Part time (21 hours per week)
The successful candidate will be a well organised individual, providing financial administrative support to the Finance Manager and Operations and Logistics Manager, as well as offering appropriate support to all other areas of the GB Boxing programme.
Based at the GB Boxing head office in Sheffield, Key responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Uploading expenses and invoices onto Sage
2. Posting and allocating nominal ledger entries
3. Dealing with account queries
4. Invoicing and overdue debt control
5. Creating purchase orders
6. Book keeping support to Accounts Manager
