GB Boxing coach Richie Woodhall and boxer Luke Campbell explain the basics in a series of training clips designed to help budding boxers perfect their technique.
Olympic athletes aren't created overnight and all of the boxers on the GB Boxing programme had to start with the basics.

Part 1 - Stance Perfecting your stance means you can move at speed in any direction and stay balanced. Good stance also helps to produce powerful punches.
Part 2 - Footwork No matter what your style or build, mastering footwork will help you to stay mobile in the ring. Part 3 - Punches The three main categories of punch explained: the straight, the hook and the uppercut.
