GB Boxing is to recruit a Performance Pathway Manager

The GB Boxing Performance Pathway Manager will be responsible for leading the development of integrated and connected boxing pathway, with the objective of increasing the number and quality of boxers able to compete at the highest level across all Olympic weight categories.
The person appointed will oversee the strategic development of a process that best enables the identification, confirmation and development of future medal winners in the sport, by leading and influencing the building of a clear and clear and coherent 10 year boxer pathway which is understood throughout the sport, with strong co-ordinated linkages between the GB World Class Programmes, Home Nation Programmes and club boxing. This role will involve the following:
The person appointed will have a passion for elite sport and be able to demonstrate success and experience in previous roles within elite sport.
