GB Boxing has two boxers in today's final of the Bocskai tournament, with both facing Russians; Lawrence Osueke will box Vladimir Shishkin and Frazer Clarke is pitted against Magomed Omarov

52kg Charlie Edwards lost to Azat Makhmetov (Kazakhstan) 13:7

Makhmetov, applying pressure in the first, pushed the English boxer around the ring, edging ahead by four points to two. The second round saw Charlie take control, moving in and out and using his famous fast hands and footwork to score. Fast returns from Makhmetov increased the Kazak lead to 8:5 going into the final round. There was much of the same in the last, with some excellent shots landing from each boxer, but the strong Makhmetov gaining the victory. 

81kg Lawrence Osueke beat Victor Iailmov (Moldova) 11:7

Round one saw Lawrence box well behind his straight one-twos, moving in and out of range. His footwork outclassed his opponent, allowing Lawrence to take an early 3:2 lead. In the second, Iailmov came forwards, but Lawrence rolled out from his opponent's shots, opening up a further lead of 6:4 going into the final round. Tidy footwork and fast combinations led Lawrence to a deserved 11:7 victory.

91kg+ Frazer Clarke beat Stefan Sliz (Slovakia ) 19:6

A fantastic opener from Frazer, who opened up a 5-2 lead going into the second round. In the second, Frazer moved well, catching his tall opponent with fast combinations from all directions. Entering the final round with a 15:5 lead, the GB boxer went from strength to strength as his Slovakian oppenet crumbled with fatigue.
